Author Biography

William L. Sullivan is the author of a dozen books and numerous articles, including an "Oregon Trails" column for the Eugene Register-Guard. The journal of his 1000-mile solo backpacking trek across Oregon, "Listening for Coyote" was chosen one of Oregon's 100 Books, the most signifcant books in state history. He has also written three novels, a memoir, two books on Oregon history, a five-book "100 Hikes" series for Oregon, and "Trails of Crater Lake & Oregon Caves."
