Bruce Mitchell, the senior engineering executive for his company, oversees all capital projects associated with strategic business growth, production capacity maximization, plant expansions, engineering and environmental initiatives in the United States and Asia. In this capacity he has implemented multi-million dollar projects establishing global facilities and manufacturing equipment installations.

In 2004 he was assigned project manager for his company's Asian manufacturing expansion. Within two years the manufacturing facility was completed and operational.
