This book gave an excellent overview of the complex roots of the various psychological disorders discussed in my psychology class. The chapters provided helpful concept checks and chapter quizzes that ensured my understanding of exam topics. The psychology coursemate included case profiles that illustrated the importance of understanding psychological disorders in real world situations.
