Awesome Job  March 19, 2014

"The Americans does an awesome job of telling history fluidly from the words of actual citizens. It does this in an easily understood way and ensures that the students, or those reading it for leisure or personal education, can follow through seamlessly. This book was assigned by my History 1 professor, and while I was skeptical at first if it would allow me to reason history on an entry level, college basis, it did it wonderfully. I enjoyed the book and the effort it took to gather all the individual stories. I advise anyone purchasing this book to look forward to a great lesson on social history."
