Entertaining, Compelling, and Impactful! June 11, 2011
This is a real policy making guide and very effective at identifying problems before they start. Not just a observation of a problem (like some books) but a helpful guide for prevention. This is very cheap textbook, informative and helpful to those who are dealing with a difficult boss or workplace stress. I was surprised how simple and captivating the textbook is.
