Bader Reading and Language Inventory

The inventory includes pre-literacy and word-identification tests to ensure a comprehensive assessment and an arithmetic test to determine competence independent of verbal skills. It also provides instructions for administering and evaluating the tests and a scoring guide for each passage. In addition, experiential word lists permit testing of individuals with little formal schooling and those for whom English is a second language.
