Definately helpful April 5, 2011
This textbook is excellent! It is a tool every day people can use to ease some of the frustrations of entering into contracts with individuals or companies. The real life scenarios are most helpful. The real life scenarios reinforced the notion that you are not alone in your plight....and there is something that you can indeed do about it. I've shared several excerpts of the textbooks with friends going through contract disputes and they too agree this textbook gave them an additional vantage point they didn't otherwise have.
