Author Biography

Keith McNeil received his Ph.D. in educational psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and has taught in higher education at New Mexico State University since 1989 Isadore Newman received his Ph.D. in educational psychology with a specialty in statistics and measurement from Southern Illinois University and has been a professor at the University of Akron since 1971 Jim Steinhauser received his Ph.D. in 2000 from New Mexico State University. Since 2003 he has been an evaluator for the El Paso Independent School District
