Smoke and Bubbles

Otto's antenna hat started buzzing, the gum in his mouth started growing, his eye started pulsing, and he heard a rustling noise outside the garage window. A bubble the size of Otto's face popped out of his mouth. Wispy smoke swirled inside it, creating letters that formed into an anagram. Itwas a message from the agency he worked for, Eee YiiiY Eee.
