Betsy O'Brien is the pen name of the Food and Wine Columnist of the Korea Times. She has lived in Seoul for over four years and has visited restaurants of all types in the city. Her column deals mainly with restaurant reviews but also with what is available in the wine and food stores and products coming on to the Korean market for the first time.Born and educated in the United Kingdom, Betsy O'Brien has also lived in Argentina, Canada, South Africa and Japan.
