Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express - as well as check and money order payments.
Orders may also be submitted to our company using a Purchase Order. Prior to your first order with a Purchase Order, make sure your School, Business, or Organization has submitted the New Account Agreement Form.
Creating an Account for Purchase Orders
For privately funded Agencies/Companies, use this Credit Application
Credit applications can take up to 14 business days for approval. Please print the application completely and accurately. Please include the correct telephone and fax numbers for all references. If you are tax exempt, please include a copy of your resale tax exemption certificate
For Government/State Funded Agencies, please fill out the New Account Agreement.
