Unlike most fad diet books, Carb Lovers doesn't demonize a particular "evil nutrient" in order to make you hand over your cash to learn how carbohydrates, starches or whatever are making you fat. Eat a sensible diet of a variety of foods and control portion sizes and calories. Lose weight.
