Author Biography

James Winter is the series producer of BBC Television's flagship cookery program Saturday Kitchen. James Bulmer has worked with some of the world's leading chefs, helping to establish their profiles beyond the confines of the kitchen. His knowledge and passion has been informed, not least, by his father, Derek Bulmer, the long-time editor of the highly influential Michelin Guide for Great Britain and Ireland. James Martin is a British chef who has been appearing regularly on television for more than a decade.
