Author Biography

Michael F. Blake is the author of The Films of Lon Chaney, A Thousand Faces, and Lan Chaney: Man behind the Thousand Faces (all available from National Book Network), the latter of which served as the basis for the Lon Chaney documentary that aired as part of PBS's American Masters series. Residing in Los Angeles, he is also an Emmy-winning makeup artist who has worked in the him industry for over forty years
