I bought this textbook from here and I use it as a reference from time to time. There is so much information in this text that can be used for day to day life. It offers guidance in informative and persuasive presentations. It is recommended for students or persons who want to improve their communication abilities.

Summary

This best-selling introduction to the basic concepts of business communication is designed to improve the communication skills of entry-level managers and employees, and to serve as a reference for experienced professionals who wish to refresh or update their communication skills. Two chapters are devoted to interviewing, and two chapters examine small groups and leadership processes.
