Author Biography

Craig A. Bauer is a Professor of History and Political Science at Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans. He is the author of A Leader Among Peers: The Life and Times of Duncan Farrar Kenner (1993), as well as several journal articles on Louisiana history and America's juvenile justice system.
