Criminal Law Textbook March 31, 2011

I feel that this textbook is a good introduction to criminal law. While it is true that it may not go into great detail about the subject, I do not believe that it was the author's intent to write such a textbook. Samaha provides the information in a way that students that are not law students can read and understand. When reviewing a textbook it is important to consider who the author's intended audience is. One cannot blame the text or the author if a college or university picks the wrong book for a certain level of class.
