Summary

1884. The Cup is a tragedy which was produced at the Lyceum Theatre under the management of Mr. Henry Irving, January 3, 1881. This tragedy is set in the times of Roman soldiers and Generals, and priestesses. The Falcon was produced at the St. James's Theatre under the management of Messrs. Hare and Kendal in December 1879. This play is set in an Italian cottage, with the castle and mountains seen through the window, with the main characters being Count Federico Degli Alberighi and his falcon.
