An excellent textbook covering all aspects of business intelligence. The author introduces case studies at the end of the chapter to make connection between theory and real-world applications. I bought this textbook when my mates told me that it is ideal for practicing managers interested in knowledge management,data mining, intelligent agents,and other intelligent systems. It is cheap and is characterized by simple style of writing as much as simple ways of conveying ideas.
