Author Biography

Victoria Glass is a cake maker and private sugarcraft tutor. Her bespoke celebration cake business, Victoria’s Cake Boutique, was launched in 2008, and provides beautiful designs tailored to individual clients. Victoria has made cakes for, amongst others, The Prince’s Trust and The Royal British Legion. She has also written Boutique Wedding Cakes for Ryland Peters & Small.
