Author Biography

Dr. Lowell Dingus is a research associate at the American Museum of Natural History. He has participated in many expeditions and in 1997 co-led the team that discovered the first sauropod dinosaur embryos in Argentina. Dr. Dingus has written or co-authored many books and articles, including Walking on Eggs, Barnum Brown: The Man Who Discovered Tyrannosaurus rex, and the award-winning Dinosaur Eggs Discovered! Consultant editor Dr. Mark Norell is a well-known dinosaur hunter and is famed for his part in discovering the first theropod dinosaur embryo and for his description of dinosaurs with feathers. He is a curator at the American Museum of Natural History and chairperson of the Division of Paleontology.
