Dragonwings is an outstanding textbook because it tells the reader how difficult it is to live in a foreign country, be only eight years old, sail to America from China alone, and meet your father for the very first time. It tells of their struggles as immigrants and with the new relationship between father and son. If you are Interested in books that have to do with perseverance and courage you should read this textbook.
