Author Biography

Dr. Michael Andron has devoted his life to personal growth, mind-body effectiveness training, and inner awareness. As a T'ai Chi Master and Yoga Adept, he has spent decades in personal energy development. He has participated in thousands of healings and has given lectures all over the world on energy healing and meditation. He has served as adjunct faculty in the departments of psychology and medicine at Wake Forest University. Ben Andron is a writer, producer, and lifelong student of internal and external martial arts with over 20 years teaching experience in T'ai Chi, meditation, and Baguazhang. He has spent years in the study and practice of Qi Gong and energy massage.
