Darlene Russ-Eft is director of research services at AchieveGlobal and adjunct faculty instructor at the University of Santa Clara, University of California Berkeley and University of California Santa Cruz. She lives in Palo Alto, California.
Hallie Preskill is a professor in the Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies Graduate Program at the University of New Mexico. She lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
