Summary

Experiences in Math for Young Children focuses on the integration of mathematics with other content areas in accordance with the guidelines and standards of NCTM and NAEYC. Developed specifically for educators of children from birth through age eight, particular emphasis has been placed on instructional and evaluation strategies as well as developmentally appropriate assessment tasks to fit the national movement calling for authentic assessment.
