Author Biography

José María Arias is a professor of new technologies, computer science, and mathematics and is the head of the mathematics department at the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid. Sonia Arias is the director of marketing and communication for Arcplan Master Distributor Spain. She formerly worked for information technology companies including IBM Global Services, JDEdwards, and Philips. Ismael Rey is the general manager of Arcplan Master Distributor Spain. He formerly worked for consulting and information technology companies including Ernst & Young, MIS, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
