This is one of those books that eventually turns into a classic. It is certainly a book that is easy to read and understand, a quick reference when in doubt, a good source of nutritional facts, definitely a keeper.There is so much helpful information in the textbook and ways to test your fitness level that after the class I am keeping the textbook to help keep me on track with my exercise program. I would recommend it to anyone whether or not they are taking a class.
