I was amazed as how fast I received my book. I ordered the this textbook a two weeks before my class and I got it before my class began. The book was in the condition it was said it was and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This is my second time in ordering textbooks at ecampus and I am happy with the results. This book is designed to motivate students to take their health seriously. It helps them understand why they should make healthy choices and how they can change unhealthy patterns. And it gives them the tools to do it. I give it 5 stars.
