Author Biography

Marcus Raskin, former Kennedy White House advisor, is the distinguished fellow and cofounder of the Institute for Policy Studies and a professor of policy studies at George Washington University. Robert Spero served in the Kennedy administration with the Agency for International Development and helped create the domestic Peace Corps (now AmeriCorps). He is a journalist and author.
