Yes this is a good book, thanks for asking.  October 17, 2011

I really like this book, which isn't common for a student of my academic standing. I needed this book for a linguistics class, and it helped me with many of the confusing topics in the class. It comes with a CD that's fairly cool.

Fundamentals of Phonetics : A Practical Guide for Students: 5 out of 5 stars based on 1 user reviews.
