Gin celebrates the clear liquor in all its guises—straight, flavored, in cocktails—and this book will go down as smoothly as a lovingly created gin and tonic. It describes the history of the spirit; its production and distillation over time; and where to buy the premier brands. Plus, there are tasting notes and even recipes—including the perfect G&T, of course!
