Author Biography

H. G. Wells (1866–1946) is regarded as one of the all-time greatest authors of science fiction. Les Edwards is an illustrator known for his work in the horror, science fiction, and fantasy genres who has won the British Fantasy Society award for Best Artist seven times, and was awarded the World Fantasy Award in 2008. He has done numerous illustrations for Robert E. Howard's Conan stories and Terry Pratchett's Discworld series, and for books by such authors as Anne McCaffrey, Frank Herbert, and Jack Vance.
