Author Biography

Amanda Blake Soule is the author of The Creative Family and of the popular blog www.soulemama.com, where she writes about creative family living. She also designs and sells vintage-inspired handmade items both online and in local shops near her home. Soule studied English and Women’s Studies at the University of Maine and worked for several years as an editor at an interactive advertising agency before starting her family. She lives in Portland, Maine, with her husband, Steve, and three young children, Calvin, Ezra, and Adelaide.
