great book. very informative! i suggest renting instead of buying it though bc i never reused it and would have saved a lot of money if i had rented it instead.

Health psychology can be a tough topic to cover but this book does a wonderful job. It proved quite useful in the class i was taking. I got an A and the Textbook rental cost me less than $100
