Buyback Cashout Policy

If you decide that you'd rather have cash as payment for your buyback, you may cash out your In-Store credit balance applied for previous buybacks with eCampus.com. Please remember that if you do cash out, your "Buyback Bonus" for choosing In-Store credit payment will not be added to the balance of your check. This will remain on your account as an In-Store credit for future orders with our company.

Cashing out, and receiving a check for the balance of your In-Store credit is fast and easy! Once logged in to the My Account section of our website, click on the "My Info" tab. At the bottom of the screen, you will see your current In-Store credit balance, and the amount of your In-Store credit that may be requested via check from your previous buybacks.

Clicking on the "Cashout" button will take you to a new screen where you will be asked to provide a shipping address for this payment. You have the option of either choosing an old address already listed in our system, or creating a new address at the bottom of the page. Once you have the address selected that you wish to use, hit the "Continue" button on the screen. This will take you back to the My Info portion of the My Account section of eCampus.com. You should receive a message at the top of the screen letting you know that your cash out request has been submitted to our company.

Once your information is received, it will begin processing in our system. After processing is completed, a check will be printed, and mailed to the address you have requested.
