I'm having trouble with my eBook. What should I do?
eCampus.com currently offers two different eBook options to fit your needs. To determine which type of eBook you have, check your eBookshelf. Each type of eBook has its own section.
Try these quick suggestions:
- Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off.
- Clear all your cookies, cache, etc. from the browser you are using
- Make sure you are using a current version of your web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
- Ensure that you have downloaded both the correct eReader program for your operating system and the eBook
- Verify you have signed into the eReader program using the same email address you used to create your eCampus.com My Account
