  • How do I return my rental?
    You may return your rented textbooks at the end of the rental period by visiting www.ecampus.com/returnmyrental. By logging into your account, you will be able to create a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) and print your packing slip and prepaid UPS label that we require you to use when returning your rental items. eCampus.com cannot be held responsible for rental items that are lost or damaged in transit to our facility when: 1) You do not use the UPS label we provide. 2) Damages/loss due to inadequate packaging. On the specified due date of your rental, if the book has not already been received to our warehouse, we check the UPS tracking status of the RMA provided to you. If the book has not yet been scanned into the UPS system by this date, you will be charged a fee equal to the amount of the publisher's new book list price.
  • When should I expect my order to arrive?
    You can track your order yourself. Follow these steps:
    • 1. Sign in to your My Account page.
    • 2. Click on Order History.
    • 3. Click on your order number. The tracking number(s) for your order should be shown.
    To figure out when you'll be getting your books:
    Please note that orders placed after 11 am EST will not be processed until the next business day. Add the books availability and the estimated shipping time. For example, if your item is stated as “Usually ships in 3-4 business days” and you chose 1-5 business days shipping, then you can expect your item to be delivered in approximately 9 business days. If your item has passed its estimated delivery date please contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.
  • How do I return a book for a refund?
    I bought the book:
    Items must be received in our return's facility within 25 days of the original ship to date to be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be for the total amount of the book, less your shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be accompanied with a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA). You may create your RMA by logging into your account or by going to www.ecampus.com/returns. When returning your items, we strongly suggest that you purchase tracking and/or insurance for your items. eCampus.com cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

    I rented the book:
    Items must be received in our return's facility within 25 days of the original ship to date to be eligible for a refund. Your refund will be for the total rental amount of the book, less your shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee. To return your rental, simply log in to your account and select the Returns/Return My Rental section or you can just use this link, www.ecampus.com/returnmyrental. From there, select to return your rental and print the required packing slip and the prepaid UPS shipping label.
  • When will I receive my refund?
    Cancellation refunds will be posted within 2-10 business days of a successful cancellation. Refunds for returns will be posted within 20-30 business days of the return being received into our facility. Please note that it typically takes several business days for banks to process the refund to your credit or debit card. Refunds are issued via the manner in which payment was originally received.
  • My book never came.
    If your item has been shipped, then you should have received an email containing the tracking information. If you have this email, please refer to the tracking information provided by the specified carrier. eCampus.com uses a variety of reliable shipping methods to ensure prompt delivery, but delivery delays sometimes occur outside of our control. If your tracking hasn't been updated within the past 5 business days, please contact customer service department at eservice@ecampus.com.

    If your tracking information states that your item was delivered, but you are unable to locate the package, please check the area surrounding your home and with any neighbors that may have accepted the shipment. Each delivery carrier may use their own discretion for dropping off your package. Unfortunately, eCampus.com is unable to make custom delivery requests to the delivery drivers.

    If you have tracking information and believe your package is lost, please work with the applicable carrier first to begin the claim and resolution process. Once they have begun the process, you may contact us if additional assistance is needed.

    If you did not receive an email with tracking information, please contact our customer service department at eservice@ecampus.com. We will be happy to look into your delivery status.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    • 1. Sign in to your My Account page.
    • 2. Click the Order History link.
    • 3. Click the Order # associated with your order.
    • 4. If the order hasn't shipped, then you may still be able to cancel the order. Click the orange button stating "Contact us about this order". Clicking this button will take you to a form where you may request for your order to be cancelled.
    You will receive an email confirming the cancellation within a few hours. If your item is successfully cancelled, you will be refunded within 2-10 business days. If your item is scheduled to ship the day you request for it to be cancelled, then your order may still ship. If your order has already shipped, you may create a return for your item by going to www.ecampus/returns.

    If you decide to cancel your order after it has shipped, please do not refuse the package upon delivery. Refused shipments do eventually return back to eCampus.com, but since they will not have a pre-approved RMA, your refund process will be delayed.
  • How do I access my eTextbook?
    You will receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your eTextbook order containing access instructions. Please note that accessing Ingram eTextbooks require the Adobe Digital Editions Reader. A free download can be found at www.adobe.com.

    For products purchased through our CourseSmart service, a support line is available at 1 (866) 588-3197. Please use this number if you have lost your log-in credentials or receive a message indicating a used access code.
