ecampus.com endeavors to supply the highest-quality used books possible. The more used books we have on our site, the more opportunities you have to save money. Period.

Used books are considered in good condition even when they contain highlighting, margin notes, or other markings. If you are not satisfied with your book for any reason, please return it within 30 days from the invoice date for a refund (excluding shipping charges).

Any used book you purchase from ecampus.com has met our standards and is considered in good condition. However, used books are just that -- used. We cannot guarantee that additional materials originally included with a new book, such as CD's, workbooks, and other supplements, will come with the used edition you purchase.
