Author Biography

Mark J. Choiniere was born in Orange, California, and grew up in Cranston, Rhode Island. He is a retired military officer and currently serves as a senior executive at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Bethesda, Maryland. He has been playing golf for forty years around the world. He is married with three children and three grandchildren.
