Author Biography

T. J. Addington is the international ministry leader of the Evangelical Free Church of America, an organizational consultant, a speaker, and an author. He resides in Minnesota with his wife of thirty-three years, Mary Ann, and is the father of two children, Jon and Steven (Chip). He is the author of two other books, Leading from the Sandbox and Live Like You Mean It . T. J.’s passion is to see God’s people be all that they can be.
