Author Biography
Jodi Iaccarino owns and operates Jodi Works, LLC, which includes personal training, massage, holistic health counseling, nutrition advice and yoga. She attended St. Vincent's College of Nursing and Sacred Heart University where she graduated in 1983. Following her successful career as a nurse, she transitioned into the fitness profession through managing local gyms. She started her own business in 2002, and founded the New You Fitness Center (NYFC) in 2006. Along with her nursing credentials, her other certifications include: personal trainer, prenatal exercise, pre/diabetes teaching, metabolic syndrome, weight loss/weight management, Pilates and other movement modalities, CPR/BCLS. She operates in Westbrook, Connecticut.
