Author Biography

Charlotte Hayes, MMSc, MS, RD, CDE, is a nutrition and fitness consultant in Atlanta, GA. She has specialized in diabetes management and education for over 20 years. She has published a number of articles on nutrition, physical activity, and health and has given presentations on these topics nationally. Her greatest satisfaction professionally comes from promoting lifestyle habits and enhance health and well-being.
