Sarah Joseph is Senior Lecturer at Monash University and Associate Director of the Castan Centre for Human Rights Law. Jenny Schultz is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and Senior Lecturer in the Monash University Faculty of Law. Melissa Castan is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia, and Senior Lecturer in the Monash University Faculty of Law.
