She travels to Mexico to visit family and for leisure, and uses those opportunities to learn even more about Mexican Cuisine. She has also taught Mexican food classes and has written articles for Mex Grocer, a website where users can purchase authentic Mexican ingredients and cookware. She lives in Winchester, California.
