Great textbook March 21, 2011
by
This textbook is very good. A fairly easy read and it is well written. Plenty of great ideas. I'm using this book for a graduate course. It is very readable and has lots of interesting side articles included. The many evaluations it provides provide a quick way to see new perspectives on your leadership style. This textbook is the perfect book for beginners all the way up to experienced learners in leadership. The examples throughout are both timely and understandable regardless of what field you are in. I highly recommend it.
