Optimize your leadership skills April 23, 2011

It's a must for any manager who is looking to improve their working environment. The most valuable concept I learned from the textbook was the concept of "different strokes for the same folks," meaning that you can use different leadership styles with the same person depending on the task at hand. The only thing I didn't really care for about this textbook was the way in which it was written. I recommend this to ALL leaders, at every level, from the board room to the front line. In my opinion, this textbook will endure as a leadership classic! I rate the seller 5 stars and I plan to buy from ecampus again in the future.
