Author Biography
Cathleen G. Spinelli is a Professor and Chair of the Special Education Departmentat Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. She has extensive experience as a certified school administrator and principal, school psychologist, educational diagnostician, and special and general education teacher. Dr. Spinelli is the author of the text, Classroom Assessment for Students in Special and General Education, going into its third edition, also published by Pearson.
