He convened 6 international and 7 national conferences and symposia.
Colin Waters is researcher at the University of Newcastle. Earlier research assignments have been with Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory. An associate member of COSPAR (Committee on Space Research), his research topic is the study of the dynamics of the near-Earth space environment and geo-effective processes within the Earth?s magnetosphere, and data analysis techniques for the experimental verification of plasma wave propagation processes.
