Author Biography

Marcia DeCoster has designed and taught beadwork for more than 20 years. She was included in Lark's Masters: Beadweaving as one of 36 leading artists in the field, and authored the bestselling Marcia DeCoster's Beaded Opulence and Beads in Motion (both Lark). Beadwork magazine recognized her as its Designer of the Year in 2009, and she was selected as a Top Ten Teacher at the Bead&Button show, the leading beading industry trade show. Marcia lives in San Diego, CA, with her husband Mark.
