Really Helps August 1, 2014
Definitely agree with the post below, even three years later. Book is great. It really helps.
Pretty good textbook. September 28, 2011
Microeconomics sounded like it would be an extremely tough course. It was, but this book (and a tutor) will assist you in learning this complicated course. It will teach you economics from a micro-level perspective. Just be careful, there is another book called macroeconomics with the same authors and same cover. Don't make that expensive mistake like I did.

McConnell, Brue, and Flynn's Economics: Principles, Problems, and Policiesis the #1 Principles of Economics textbook in the world. It continues to be innovative while teaching students in a clear, unbiased way. The 19th Edition builds upon the tradition of leadership by sticking to 3 main goals: Help the beginning student master the principles essential for understanding the economizing problem, specific economic issues, and the policy alternatives; help the student understand and apply the economic perspective and reason accurately and objectively about economic matters; and promote a lasting student interest in economics and the economy.
